The call of the Langhe.
A contemporary gin inspired by the wolf’s return journey to the Langhe, where instinct, place and research meet in every bottle of Wolfrest.
The return journey
Wolfrest was born from the journey of the Italian wolf returning to the Langhe. A long, free and determined journey that became the inspiration behind our project.
Piedmont is the place from which we look at the world: not a boundary, but the beginning of a journey shaped by botanicals, a sense of place and character.
Our storyTwo gins.
Two distinct identities.
Each recipe is built around its own selection of botanicals and a distinctive tasting experience. Gin Alba opens the story; Gin Italiano expresses Wolfrest’s classic soul.
Alba
A distinctive gin rooted in Alba and its white truffle, created for fine dining, tasting and mixology.
