The tasting journey
Three tastings, three stories.
Wolfrest Alba
Our gastronomic gin, crafted with juniper, roasted hazelnuts and fresh Alba White Truffle. During the experience, it is tasted across different vintages.
Aperitivo Tramis
An aperitivo made for sharing, crafted through the cold infusion of twelve fresh herbs and citrus fruits, with its colour obtained from plant-derived tinctures.
Wolfrest Alba through the vintages
Time in the glass.
At the heart of the tasting is a comparison of different vintages of Wolfrest Gin Alba: an opportunity to discover how time can influence the aromatic expression of white truffle and the balance of the spirit.
Each tasting becomes part of the story: not simply a gin to discover, but a spirit whose evolution can be experienced over time.
