A story born in the Langhe.

A passion for gin. A love for Piedmont.

We began imagining Wolfrest one March evening, at our home in Montelupo Albese, a small village in the Langhe. We wanted to tell the story of a region known around the world for its great wines through botanicals that felt deeply connected to us.

Hazelnuts, Mediterranean herbs and the distinctive microclimate of our hills became the starting point for a family project. For months, we worked on the recipe, seeking the right balance and the best way for each botanical to express its character.

We bring the same care to every aspect of our communication, from hand-drawn illustrations to photography and writing, conveying the love and passion behind a project that also tells our own story and speaks of our roots.
