Summer Party: italian bruschetta with burrata

Summer in coming and it’s time to organize a refreshing summer party in the garden!
The best pairing with a perfect gin&tonic? Italian Bruschetta!
Try this simple and easy recipe and serve the real Italian taste!
Ingredients:
• 4 slices of wholemeal bread
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• tbs of fresh basil pesto
• 200 g burrata cheese
• sliced almonds
• extra virgin olive oil
Cut in half cherry tomatoes, season with a pinch of salt, extra virgin olive oil and bake for 90 minutes at 90° C
Toast bread slices then spread with burrata cheese, some drop of basil pesto, confit tomatoes and a sprinkle of sliced almonds
